Female patient, weighting 98.33 lb, was diagnosed with prothrombin time prolonged and was treated with Aquamephyton. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, dyspnoea, face oedema, hyperhidrosis, hypotension, prothrombin time prolonged, tachycardia, visual disturbance, vomiting. Aquamephyton dosage: 5 MG X1 IV BOLUS. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, burning sensation, cyanosis, flushing, hyperhidrosis, infusion site warmth. Aquamephyton dosage: 10MG 1MG GRAM NOW IVSS. Patient recovered.
