After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: burning sensation, oral discomfort, oral pain, swelling face. Aquafresh dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 55 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with dental cleaning, hysterectomy  and was treated with Aquafresh. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: burning sensation, cheilitis, ovarian cancer, vaginal cancer . Aquafresh dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AQUAFRESH FLUORIDE PROTECTION TOOTHPASTE PUMP, PREMARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
