Aquafresh side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Dec 30, 2004. Male patient, 48 years of age, weighting 218.5 lb, was diagnosed with sensitivity of teeth, hypertension, dyspepsia, neuralgia, obsessive-compulsive disorder , anxiety  and was treated with Aquafresh. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, back pain , eating disorder , fatigue, intervertebral disc protrusion, parkinson's disease , scoliosis, surgery , tremor. Aquafresh dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CARDURA, PROTONIX, NEURONTIN, PAXIL, XANAX. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with dental cleaning and was treated with Aquafresh. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, back pain , haematemesis, malaise, nephrolithiasis, vomiting. Aquafresh dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRILEPTAL, ARICEPT. Patient recovered.
