Aptivus side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 29, 2007. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection What is  hiv infection and was treated with Aptivus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, liver function test abnormal, platelet count decreased, thrombocytopenia. Aptivus dosage: SEE TEXT, TPV/RTV 250 MG/100 MG) PO. During the same period patient was treated with ZIAGEN, SUSTIVA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Aptivus dosage: TPV/ RTV 1000/400 MG. During the same period patient was treated with MEGACE, PRAVACHOL, DARAPRIM, BUSPAR, KEPPRA, SEREVENT, CHOLESTYRAMINE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
