Aptivus and hyperbilirubinaemia Patient Reports February 12, 2012

Aptivus Side Effects Report #5283800-8
Aptivus side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on May 12, 2006. Male patient, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Aptivus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic failure, hyperbilirubinaemia, transaminases increased. Aptivus dosage: TIPRANAVIR 1000MG+RITONAVIR 400MG. During the same period patient was treated with FUZEON, SUSTIVA. Patient died on 04/21/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyperbilirubinaemia, jaundice , transaminases increased. Aptivus dosage: TIPRANAVIR 1000MG+RITONAVIR 400MG. During the same period patient was treated with FUZEON, SUSTIVA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Aptivus dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LAMIVUDINE, ENFUVIRTIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
