Aptivus side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on July 06, 2006. Male patient, 53 years of age, weighting 163.4 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection , acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and was treated with Aptivus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, haemorrhage intracranial, hypertension. Aptivus dosage: TPV/ RTV 1000/ ? MG. During the same period patient was treated with MARAVIROX, EPIVIR, FUZEON, PREVACID, ZITHROMAX, AMITRIPTYLINE, SEROSTIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood triglycerides increased, carotid artery stenosis, cerebrovascular accident, monoparesis, reversible ischaemic neurological deficit. Aptivus dosage: TIPRANAVIR 1000 MG/NORVIR 100 MG (RITONAVIR). During the same period patient was treated with TRIZIVIR, NORVASC, CAPTOHEXAL, GLUCOPHAGE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
