After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, cardiac disorder, cardiac failure congestive, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hypotension, supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation. Aprotinin dosage: AS USED: 1 ML. Patient died.

Aprotinin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROTAMINE SULPHATE, METRONIDAZOLE, IMIPENEM, GENTAMICIN, LINEZOLID, HEPARIN. Patient died.
