Female patient, 31 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Aprotinin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: air embolism, anuria, bradycardia, complications of transplant surgery, complications of transplanted liver, dilatation ventricular, hepatic infarction, hypercoagulation, hypotension. Aprotinin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
