Aprotinin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BELGIUM on Apr 20, 2006. Female patient, 50 years of age, weighting 83.78 lb, was diagnosed with preoperative care and was treated with Aprotinin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, arteriosclerosis coronary artery, blood glucose fluctuation, dialysis , heart rate increased, hepatic congestion, hypotension, lung infiltration, myocarditis. Aprotinin dosage: 1 ML TOTAL DAILY INTRAVENOUS ; 199 ML TOTAL DAILY INTRAVENOUS ; 253 ML TOTAL DAILY INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with TRANSTEC, PANTOZOL, DOLZAM, PERDOLAN, EMCONCOR, ULTIVA. Patient died on 04/05/2006.
