Female patient, 56 years of age, weighting 191.8 lb, was diagnosed with underdose, induction of anaesthesia, maintenance of anaesthesia and was treated with Aprotinin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, bradycardia, bronchospasm, cardiac arrest , shock. Aprotinin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LORAZEPAM, MORPHINE, ETOMIDATE, FENTANYL, ROCURONIUM BROMIDE, CEFAZOLIN, DEXTROSE, SEVOFLURANE. Patient recovered.
