Apresoline side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on Feb 09, 2009. Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 198.4 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, blood pressure increased, cardiac fibrillation and was treated with Apresoline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angina pectoris, arrhythmia , atrial fibrillation , cardiac failure, cough, feeling abnormal, headache , heart rate increased, hypertension. Apresoline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIOVAN HCT, DIOVAN HCT, FORASEQ, ATENOLOL, INDAPAMIDE, BLOPRESS, SOTALOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, blood cholesterol, diabetes mellitus and was treated with Apresoline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased, blood pressure increased, dizziness , erythema, feeling hot, headache , palpitations, toothache. Apresoline dosage: 25 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with SIMVASTATIN, PRANDIN, DIAMICRON, LANTUS, GEMFIBROZIL. Patient recovered.
