Male patient, weighting 125.0 lb, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Apokyn. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , hallucination, visual, head injury, transient ischaemic attack. Apokyn dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hallucination, visual, no therapeutic response, paranoia, somnolence. Apokyn dosage: 0.2 ML 1X SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with EFFEXOR, CARBIDOPA AND LEVODOPA, GABAPENTIN. Patient recovered.
