Apokyn side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 10, 2008. Female patient, 82 years of age, weighting 225.0 lb, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Apokyn. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, gait disturbance, pain in extremity, somnolence. Apokyn dosage: 0.2 ML QD SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with SINEMET, MIRAPEX, SELEGILINE, TIGAN, INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with AMANTADINE, RESTORIL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZINE, POTASSIUM ACETATE, SINEMET. Patient recovered.
