Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES reported Apokyn side effect on Aug 10, 2007. Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 93.00 lb, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Apokyn. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, fall , malnutrition. Apokyn dosage: (0.4 ML 5X/DAY SUBCUTANEOUS). Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, weighting 179.0 lb, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Apokyn. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, ankle fracture, disturbance in attention, fall , gait disturbance, haematochezia, head injury, ill-defined disorder, impaired healing. Apokyn dosage: 0.2 ML BID SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKOTE, STALEVO, LIPITOR, PROSCAR, LEXAPRO, FLOMAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
