Apheresis side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 10, 2008. Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with anaemia, multiple myeloma What is  multiple myeloma and was treated with Apheresis. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antibody test abnormal, blood pressure systolic increased, oxygen saturation decreased, pulmonary oedema, respiratory distress, tachycardia, transfusion-related acute lung injury. Apheresis dosage: 279 ML -ENTIRE PRODUCT- ONE TIME IV. During the same period patient was treated with APHERESIS LEUKOREDUCED. Patient recovered.
