Antilymphocyte Side Effects Report #5677010-X
Antilymphocyte side effect was reported by a Health Professional from PAKISTAN on Mar 12, 2008. Male patient, 16 years of age, was diagnosed with aplastic anaemia and was treated with Antilymphocyte. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anuria, blood bilirubin increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, endotracheal intubation, heart rate increased, hypotension. Antilymphocyte dosage: 10 MG/KG/D. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPREDNISOLONE, CYCLOSPORINE. Patient died.
