Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 123.0 lb, was diagnosed with rash  and was treated with Antifungal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pruritus, rash , swelling, ulcer , wound secretion. Antifungal dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
