Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with constipation , hypothyroidism, hysterectomy , depression  and was treated with Antibiotics. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dizziness , musculoskeletal pain, pneumonia , sensation of heaviness. Antibiotics dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZELNORM, COLACE, SYNTHROID, ESTRACE, CELEXA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
