After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness
, injection site bruising, injection site irritation, injection site pain. Antibiotic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, AVANDIA, ASPIRIN, CELEBREX, BYETTA. Patient recovered.
