Male patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with alcoholism What is  alcoholism and was treated with Antabuse. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute hepatic failure, blood alcohol increased, blood lactic acid increased, coagulopathy, encephalopathy, foetor hepaticus, haemodialysis, hypotension, oedema due to hepatic disease. Antabuse dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, antinuclear antibody positive, coagulation factor v level decreased, coagulopathy, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatic failure, hepatic function abnormal, hepatic necrosis, jaundice What is  jaundice. Antabuse dosage: 500 MG, 2/WEEK, UNK. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
