Female patient, 88 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with percutaneous coronary intervention and was treated with Angiomax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, cardio-respiratory arrest, coronary artery occlusion, coronary artery perforation, coronary artery thrombosis, heart rate decreased, procedural complication. Angiomax dosage: 0.75 MG/KG, BOLUS, INTRAVENOUS; 1.75 MG/KG, HR, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, PLAVIX, CLOPIDOGREL. Patient died.
