Angiomax dosage: 0.75 MG/KG, BOLUS, INTRAVENOUS; 1.75 MG/KG, HR, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, PLAVIX, CLOPIDOGREL. Patient died.
