Anexate Side Effects Report #5193696-0
Anexate side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Nov 21, 2006. Male patient, 53 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with sedation, gastric ulcer and was treated with Anexate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, pyrexia. Anexate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ROHYPNOL, TAKEPRON, MEROPEN, CALTAN, FRANDOL, CYANOCOBALAMIN, FOLIAMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
