Male patient, weighting 120.0 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent, hypertension, depression , gastrooesophageal reflux disease, pain  and was treated with Androgel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, malnutrition, neuropathic ulcer. Androgel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOVANCE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, ZOLOFT, PROTONIX, ULTRACET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
