Ancaron Side Effects Report #4772863-1
Ancaron side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Sept 06, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia, angina pectoris and was treated with Ancaron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, liver disorder, staphylococcal infection , ventricular tachycardia. Ancaron dosage: 100 MG 1X PER 1 DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TICLOPIDINE, CARVEDILOL, CALCIUM POLYSTYRENE SULFONATE, BAYASPIRINA, PREDNISOLONE, LEPETAN, NOREPINEPHRINE BITARTRATE, DIPRIVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia and was treated with Ancaron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cryptogenic organising pneumonia, hypothyroidism, interstitial lung disease, lung infection, ventricular tachycardia. Ancaron dosage: 70 MG 1X PER 1 DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CARVEDILOL, ALDACTONE, ALLOPURINOL, BAYASPIRINA, LASIX, MUCOSTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Ancaron side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Dec 08, 2008. Male patient, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia, gastric ulcer and was treated with Ancaron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , bradycardia, c-reactive protein increased, haematocrit decreased, platelet count decreased, red blood cell count decreased, ventricular tachycardia, white blood cell count increased. Ancaron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LIDOCAINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ASPIRIN, PANALDINE, TAKEPRON, ARTIST. Patient died on 07/30/2008.

During the same period patient was treated with SALIGREN, ALOSENN, SENNA, LEVOTHYROXINE, VASOLAN, BROMHEXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, INTERFERON ALFA, PARIET. Patient recovered.
