Ancaron Side Effects Report #4836439-X
Ancaron side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Nov 10, 2005. Male patient, 85 years of age, was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia and was treated with Ancaron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, hepatic cirrhosis, hepatic failure, pleural effusion, renal failure, respiratory failure. Ancaron dosage: 200 MG 1X PER 1 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, ALLOPURINOL, CARVEDILOL, HALCION, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE, MINOCIN, LEVOFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Ancaron dosage: 200 MG 2X PER 1 DAY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, CARVEDILOL, DIOVAN, SEPAZON, FAMOTIDINE, CERNILTON, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, PURSENNID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
