Ancaron Side Effects Report #4772863-1
Ancaron side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Sept 06, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia, angina pectoris and was treated with Ancaron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, liver disorder, staphylococcal infection What is  staphylococcal infection, ventricular tachycardia. Ancaron dosage: 100 MG 1X PER 1 DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TICLOPIDINE, CARVEDILOL, CALCIUM POLYSTYRENE SULFONATE, BAYASPIRINA, PREDNISOLONE, LEPETAN, NOREPINEPHRINE BITARTRATE, DIPRIVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Ancaron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INOVAN, CEFAMEZIN, DORMICUM, DOBUTREX, LIDOCAINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bilirubin conjugated increased, blood bilirubin increased, c-reactive protein increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, white blood cell count increased. Ancaron dosage: 17 ML/HR. During the same period patient was treated with SHINBIT, INOVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood calcium increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, cardiogenic shock, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, pancreatitis acute. Ancaron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PERSANTIN, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Ancaron dosage: 1.25 MG/DL AT 10 ML/MIN. During the same period patient was treated with UNASYN, CALCIUM POLYSTYRENE SULFONATE, CALCIUM POLYSTYRENE SULFONATE, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE. Patient recovered.
