Ancaron Side Effects Report #4749239-6
Ancaron side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Aug 08, 2005. Male patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia and was treated with Ancaron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood urea increased, c-reactive protein increased, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, interstitial lung disease, staphylococcal sepsis, white blood cell count decreased. Ancaron dosage: 100 MG 2X PER 1 DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN, VASOLAN, MEXITIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block complete, blood bilirubin increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood urea increased, c-reactive protein increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic enzyme increased, white blood cell count increased. Ancaron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INOVAN, CEFAMEZIN, DORMICUM, DOBUTREX, LIDOCAINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bilirubin increased, c-reactive protein increased, sepsis , white blood cell count increased. Ancaron dosage: 150 MG SOLN-10 ML/MIN. During the same period patient was treated with DOBUTREX, SHINBIT, INOVAN. Patient died on 02/04/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , bradycardia, c-reactive protein increased, haematocrit decreased, platelet count decreased, red blood cell count decreased, ventricular tachycardia, white blood cell count increased. Ancaron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LIDOCAINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ASPIRIN, PANALDINE, TAKEPRON, ARTIST. Patient died on 07/30/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bilirubin conjugated increased, blood bilirubin increased, c-reactive protein increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, white blood cell count increased. Ancaron dosage: 17 ML/HR. During the same period patient was treated with SHINBIT, INOVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood bilirubin unconjugated increased, c-reactive protein increased, condition aggravated, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal. Ancaron dosage: 1.25 MG/DL AT 10 ML/MIN. During the same period patient was treated with UNASYN, CALCIUM POLYSTYRENE SULFONATE, CALCIUM POLYSTYRENE SULFONATE, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, blood bicarbonate increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood ph decreased, c-reactive protein increased, cardiac failure, cell marker increased, condition aggravated, disseminated intravascular coagulation. Ancaron dosage: 100 MG 2X PER 1 DAY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BAYASPIRINA, LASIX, DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, WARFARIN, FAMOTIDINE, GLYBURIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
