Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia, angina pectoris and was treated with Ancaron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, liver disorder, staphylococcal infection
, ventricular tachycardia. Ancaron dosage: 100 MG 1X PER 1 DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TICLOPIDINE, CARVEDILOL, CALCIUM POLYSTYRENE SULFONATE, BAYASPIRINA, PREDNISOLONE, LEPETAN, NOREPINEPHRINE BITARTRATE, DIPRIVAN. Ancaron dosage: 200 MG 1X PER 1 DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, COVERSYL, NORVASC, WARFARIN, PRAVASTATIN, HARNAL. Patient died.
