After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone debridement, bone disorder, fistula , jaw disorder, osteonecrosis , tooth extraction. Anastrozole dosage: 1 MG. During the same period patient was treated with PAMIDRONATE DI, DOCETAXEL, DOLASETRON, CIMETIDINE, DIPHENHYDRAMINE. Patient recovered.
