Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract disorder and was treated with Anastrozole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: affect lability, asthenia, bipolar disorder , depression , disturbance in attention, insomnia, pain in extremity, psychomotor hyperactivity, suicidal ideation. Anastrozole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LETROZOLE, AMITRIPTYLINE. Patient recovered.
