Anastrozole side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 16, 2005. Male patient, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypogonadism and was treated with Anastrozole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased. Anastrozole dosage: 1 MG PO QD. During the same period patient was treated with GLYBURIDE, METFORMIN, LANTUS, LISINOPRIL, ZOCOR, AMOXICILLIN, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with breast cancer What is  breast cancer, hypothyroidism, metastases to bone and was treated with Anastrozole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased. Anastrozole dosage: 1 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, WARFARIN, ZOMETA. Patient recovered.
