After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaesthetic complication, cauda equina syndrome, extradural haematoma, procedural pain, spinal column stenosis. Anapeineection dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MARCAINE HYDROCHLORIDE PRESERVATIVE FREE, XYLOCAINE. Patient recovered.
