Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 130.1 lb, was diagnosed with epidural anaesthesia and was treated with Anapeine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaesthetic complication, hepatic function abnormal, hepatic steatosis, infection , jaundice , operative haemorrhage, post procedural complication, purulence, wound infection. Anapeine dosage: 4 ML/ HR ED. During the same period patient was treated with UNASYN, MORPHINE HYDROCHLORIDE, XYLOCAINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Anapeine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 08, 2003. Female patient, weighting 99.21 lb, was diagnosed with epidural anaesthesia, nerve block and was treated with Anapeine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, laboratory test abnormal. Anapeine dosage: 2 ML/H, 3 ML/TIME, VIA PCA. During the same period patient was treated with CARBOCAIN, TOFRANIL, AMOBAN, MAGNESIUM OXIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
