Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with local anaesthesia and was treated with Anapeine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaesthetic complication, bradycardia, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, electrocardiogram st segment depression, heart rate abnormal, hypotension, myocardial ischaemia. Anapeine dosage: 7.5 MG/ML ONCE SQ. During the same period patient was treated with ALEVIATIN, SEVOFLURANE, PROPOFOL, MUSCULAX, LAUGHING GAS. Patient recovered.
