Female patient, 28 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Analgesics. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , cholecystectomy, cholelithiasis. Analgesics dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZELNORM. Patient recovered.
