Anagrelide Side Effects Report #4587471-5
Anagrelide side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 27, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 191.8 lb, was diagnosed with thrombocythaemia and was treated with Anagrelide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, constipation What is  constipation, diabetes mellitus inadequate control, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, haemoglobin decreased, platelet count increased, vomiting. Anagrelide dosage: 0.5 MG, 3X/DAY:TID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROATE, METFORMIN, GLIMEPIRIDE, COVERSYL, SERENOA REPENS, KARDEGIC. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with myeloproliferative disorder, iron overload and was treated with Anagrelide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, arthralgia, blood albumin decreased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, diarrhoea, vomiting. Anagrelide dosage: 4 MG. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROXYCARBAMIDE, ASPIRIN, LANSOPRAZOLE, EXJADE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain What is  chest pain, dyspepsia, helicobacter infection, nausea What is  nausea. Anagrelide dosage: 1 MG, OTHER, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, ZANTAC. Patient recovered.
