After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: platelet count increased, transient ischaemic attack. Anagrelide dosage: 3 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, CALCIUM, DILTIAZEM, JANUMET, LEVOTHYROXINE, PAXIL, PLAVIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
