After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrophie blanche, dermatitis, erythema, necrobiosis, pain , platelet count increased, skin ulcer. Anagrelide dosage: 2 X 500 MG;. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, ALLOPURINOL, LISINOPRIL, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE. Patient recovered.
