Male patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with essential thrombocythaemia and was treated with Anagrelide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, atrioventricular block first degree, cardiac disorder, cardiac failure congestive, dilatation atrial, dilatation ventricular, essential thrombocythaemia, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased. Anagrelide dosage: 8 MG QDAY. Patient recovered.
