Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with essential thrombocythaemia and was treated with Anagrelide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute pulmonary oedema, alanine aminotransferase increased, aortic valve calcification, blood thyroid stimulating hormone increased, dilatation ventricular, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, glycosylated haemoglobin increased, haemoglobin decreased, hypertensive crisis. Anagrelide dosage: 1 MG,. During the same period patient was treated with ASPEGIC, HYPERIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
