After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alveolitis allergic, haemoglobin decreased, hypotension, malaise, pleural effusion, pneumonia streptococcal, renal impairment. Anagrelide dosage: 2MG, BID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
