Anagrelide side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 10, 2005. Female patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with essential thrombocythaemia and was treated with Anagrelide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abortion spontaneous, blood human chorionic gonadotropin increased, white blood cell count increased. Anagrelide dosage: 2 MG 2XDAY/BID. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abortion spontaneous, white blood cell count increased. Anagrelide dosage: 2 MG, 2X/DAY; BID, (SEE IMAGE). Patient recovered.

Female patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with essential thrombocythaemia and was treated with Anagrelide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abortion spontaneous, twin pregnancy. Anagrelide dosage: 1.5 MG, 1X/DAY:QD, ORAL; 0.5 MG, 2X/DAY:BID, ORAL; 0.5 MG, 2X/DAY:BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROXYUREA, PEGYLATED INTERFERON ALFA, AMITRIPTYLINE, ENOXAPARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
