Female patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with major depression and was treated with Anafranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyperhidrosis, serotonin syndrome, tremor. Anafranil dosage: 150 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with RITALIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiomyopathy , conjunctival hyperaemia, excoriation, hyperthermia, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, petechiae, serotonin syndrome, tryptase increased. Anafranil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVOXAMINE, LITHIUM, LEVOMEPROMAZINE. Patient died.
