Anafranil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on May 05, 2005. Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with depression , sleep disorder , anxiety  and was treated with Anafranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: iron deficiency anaemia, microcytic anaemia, pneumonitis. Anafranil dosage: 25 MG, QID. During the same period patient was treated with TEGRETOL, LAROXYL, IMOVANE, VALIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
