Female patient, 87 years of age, was diagnosed with major depression and was treated with Anafranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, delirium, depressed level of consciousness, disorientation, hallucination, visual, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, phonological disorder, salivary hypersecretion. Anafranil dosage: 75 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DRAGANON, GRAMALIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
