Anafranil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Jan 20, 2005. Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Anafranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anxiety , body temperature increased, confusional state, hyperhidrosis, hyperthermia malignant, hypotonia, myoclonus, tremor. Anafranil dosage: 125 MG QD. During the same period patient was treated with THERALENE, FLECAINE, NICARDIPINE. Patient died on 09/01/2004.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: delirium, disorientation, muscle contractions involuntary, myoclonus, restlessness. Anafranil dosage: 100-150 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with TAFIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyskinesia, muscle twitching, myocardial infarction, myoclonus, speech disorder. Anafranil dosage: 75 MG, Q HS. During the same period patient was treated with KLONOPIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
