Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with depression What is  depression and was treated with Anafranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, major depression, mutism. Anafranil dosage: 125 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with FLECAINE, FORLAX, LORAZEPAM, VITAMIN B, GLUCOPHAGE, KARDEGIC, SOLIAN, ZESTRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
