Female patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder  and was treated with Anafranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , appetite disorder, asthenia, dehydroepiandrosterone increased, dizziness , hirsutism, hyperphagia, hypothalamo-pituitary disorders. Anafranil dosage: 25-37.5 MG, Q D, PO. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT, TRAZODONE, AMYTRIPTYLINE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
