After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: osteomyelitis, osteonecrosis , purulent discharge, sequestrectomy, tooth loss, tooth repair. Anaesthetics dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AREDIA. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
